“The podcast format doesn’t seem to work well for Jackie anymore. She doesn’t stay in the know with current pop culture trends, talks down to her audience and seems genuinely above the work and annoyed by it. You can tell that Claudia is still thriving but Jackie holds her back and there is resentment building. I think it will be hard to continue down this path and be able to grow the show and find new success.
If Claudia brought in more guests from NY to interview and banter with because those episodes preform better. Or perhaps it’s time to rethink the podcast format and shape it to match something that aligns closer to what fits what Jackie is into now. More success will come when she doesn’t have to force it and can be her authentic self.”
