“I’ve been waiting for this ever since Chris’ departure! I’m SO happy to finally hear from him (and from Lauren too)! I am not surprised by anything said except perhaps the degree of angst. I had imagined that he (and Lauren) would have had the feelings that they expressed. I think it’s great that it has now come from their lips and we can go from here. Being raised in the south, I understood where he was coming from when he said the things he said. With the ensuing brouhaha, I gained a new awareness and perspective on why Rachel’s event was not a good thing. I miss Chris SO MUCH on Bachelor/Bachelorette and wish he were back, but we must move on. As far as I’m concerned, I’m just glad to have him back in our lives and I’m looking so forward to the podcasts! “Forgetting those things that lay behind…..””
