Doo-wop, hip-hop, funk, soul, and even swamp rock can trace their roots to R&B music. And of course, that amazing baby-making music of slow jams and crystal-clear voices is the heart and soul of the R&B genre. As diverse a genre as R&B is, this episode did not disappoint. The only thing that is greater than the diverse sounds of the vocalists in this episode is the talent.
