TNC Africa has used data-driven decision-making to great success. They used data to inform their decision to launch their content on YouTube. They were able to use the data to determine their potential viewers’ likes, dislikes, and what would excite them. Adetula explains that when they started their podcast, they used data to learn how to create an immersive experience for their listeners. They experimented with interview-style podcasts, different kinds of stories, and even fiction drama-type podcasts.
