Not afraid to get really technical, excellent balance of law and politics, targeted mostly at legal professionals and students but still somewhat accessible to the general public, covers important issues that aren’t covered extensively elsewhere, very entertaining. A wonderful break from more “pop” Supreme Court analysis on Strict Scrutiny, etc. I’m selfishly hoping Steve doesn’t get appointed to the Fifth Circuit so I can keep listening to this!”
