Love everything about this podcast - it adds another dimension to the magazine content. I thoroughly enjoy listening to the interviews and behind the scenes stuff from the editors and contributors. I knew I could count on the people from The New Yorker. Highly recommended.

David Remnick doesn't have the personality to host a good podcast, unfortunately. There is too much of his self-admiration in his voice. Just let one of the radio journalists with a spunk host it, and leave all else the same, and you'd have a great podcast!Read full review »

The original 4 or 5 New Yorker podcasts were wonderful; the best of the bunch was on Politics with Dorothy Wickinden. The NY Radio Hour brought the New Yorker to my ear. I am a passionate radio listener, and this podcasts allows me to listen to great reporting while I am doing as profane things as cleaning or as inspiring things as cooking. Thanks a lot!
