Amazing, Eclectic Show
One of my favorite podcasts. I wasn’t sure I liked the host when I first started listening, but I like him now—he moves through the diverse segments of the show gracefully and has a very likable, thoughtful energy about him. The show is structurally similar to This American Life, but is more of a variety show, offering several segments that usually cover a news item, a work of art and its’ artist, a comedy sketch of some sort, non-fiction narratives, and interviews with colorful characters. It’s a great blend of culture, articulately conveyed. Highly recommended!
