Amazing, Eclectic Show
One of my favorite podcasts. I wasn’t sure I liked the host when I first started listening, but I like him now—he moves through the diverse segments of the show gracefully and has a very likable, thoughtful energy about him. The show is structurally similar to This American Life, but is more of a variety show, offering several segments that usually cover a news item, a work of art and its’ artist, a comedy sketch of some sort, non-fiction narratives, and interviews with colorful characters. It’s a great blend of culture, articulately conveyed. Highly recommended!

I'm loving this podcast right now. Just the right amount of politics, human interest stories and humor. Great guests too. Thanks and I can't wait for more!Read full review »

This Radio Hour is full of interesting and thoughtful pieces, a diverse mix. I have admired David Remnick (my auto-correct changed that name to ‘Redneck’ - pretty far from the truth!) and was glad to see that he is moderating the show. It is much better than the individual podcasts.
