Not as good as the magazine
The New Yorker and its editor David Redneck deserve a weekly podcast, but so far, except for the interview with Ta-Nehisi Coates, the stories, even the serial by Jill Lepore, are far inferior to those in the magazine. Indeed, one wonders if so far we are listening in the podcast to material not good enough for print.

Nothing that continues stays the same, and even the great New Yorker isn't immune to opening night miscues. There is a lot of potential in this podcast, but there are definitely things that are confusing or don’t seem to fit together.
