“The constant “uh huh”, “yep”, “right” interjections that rushed Jennifer Eberhardt was irritating and did her a disservice. It came across as impatient and dismissive, to the point of being distracting. I couldn’t help but think it was another male disregarding a female’s voice. The next great idea should focus on how to be a good listener and why it matters!”
