Love the ideas but...
The constant “uh huh”, “yep”, “right” interjections that rushed Jennifer Eberhardt was irritating and did her a disservice. It came across as impatient and dismissive, to the point of being distracting. I couldn’t help but think it was another male disregarding a female’s voice. The next great idea should focus on how to be a good listener and why it matters!

I just want to hear what Jennifer Eberhardt has to say, and you are making it incredibly difficult with your “uh huh” “sure” “right right.” Journalism 101, dude. Sit down and let this incredible black woman SPEAK. Do you do this with your male interviewees? How about the white ones? Smh.
