Ridgin does it again!
Maybe one of the best things to come from quarantine times - I love this format. David Ridgin and his team consistently produce the most interesting series, in an ethical and human way. Thorough and insightful, his investigations always center the victims and their families. While he is not shy about asking the hard questions, he shows his heart many times throughout the series. The production quality is outstanding, and very impressive for this particular phone call interview based podcast. I could listen to these Canadians all day, Eh?

Ridgen’s work isn’t for everyone but we appreciate his empathetic treatment of subjects, his dedication and fairly honest attempts to assess leads and theories. A cut above the usual true crime dross.

It’s like a true crime podcast but with less effort and is far less interesting. The concept may have worked if it was hosted by someone who didn’t let those on the phone go on tangents of innate drivel for the majority of the episodes.
