Very interesting, good concept to dig deep via the phone questioning skills
What a great idea to call people for an investigative podcast. I used to use a phone in sales and we learnt only a few people were good at getting people spoken to, to open up. This podcaster is one of those rare breeds that is gifted at it. Phone call interviews can be surprisingly interesting especially in this podcast! Not to up and down in volume.
