“I found the first episode impossible to get into because this Canadian host was telling a story about a French Canadian family and didn’t bother to get any coaching on how to pronounce names correctly in French. David Ridgen and CBC have to do better. It’s not only distracting, it’s super disrespectful. You are broadcasting in a bilingual country with public money. Learn to pronounce French Canadian names correctly.”
