SF Derek episode was amazing
The episode with SF Derek was amazing. Finally someone is talking about the trauma and resulting PTSD that is driving the suicides of so many of our veterans. I applaud Derek for bringing the topic out into the open and letting others know there is treatment. The military has done a terrible job of protecting our soldiers from long term, life-ending mental health issues. I’m sure this one soldier’s talking about his experience will help others find the courage to be vulnerable and get some help. SF Derek will save lives. Thank you for your service and courage.

I don’t care for the format of the podcast overall. I’ve listed to ~12 episodes in their entirety. Seems like a bit of an echo chamber. I’d personally like to hear a monologue from the cast once in a while.
