Description
Hi, Kirsten Chick here, nutritional therapist and author of Nutrition Brought to Life. In this final episode of series 2, I'm chatting with market gardener, chef and yoga teacher Jo Tytherleigh, who brings nutrition to life in so many ways.
We talk about very local produce, modern market gardening, living with a gentle footprint and the healing power of nature. Jo describes the benefits of eating freshly picked food, what to grow on a windowsill, and the wonderful Field to Fork workshops she runs, and the tiny house you can stay at on the wondrous Harewood Farm.
Along the way, Jo mentions wild garlic, broad beans, runner beans, chickpeas, hay meadows, Tamar Grow Local, the Open Food Network, the Tamara Landscape Partnership and Trevi House women's shelter.
Thank you for listening and sharing - and if you subrscribe, you'll be notified when Series 3 starts up again.
