Dr Rentea rocks!
I absolutely love Dr Rentea’s podcast! She’s so knowledgeable and personable and her network of other experts are also amazing. What she’s done here is she’s created a warm and supportive community of people who are trying super hard to treat our bodies well. And that means delving into spaces and behaviors that for whatever reason are challenging to myself and I’m sure many other listeners. If you’re at all looking for connecting with expert healthcare professionals who KNOW anti obesity medicinal and behavioral approaches beyond your GP’s unhelpful and non-actionable yearly advice to just eat less and move more, than you really should start listening to this podcast on a regular basis. Thank you, Dr Rentea! I know that although you’re a doctor but you’re not MY doctor 🙂, I treasure every episode.

I listen to your podcast when I walk at night. I’ve lost 63 pounds so far but have been “stuck” for the last couple of months. Your episode about maintenance was so needed. Thank you for recognizing that maintaining the loss is an accomplishment as well. Love your podcast!
