Sophia teaches us how to break down complexity
In this world, our digital products are becoming more and more interconnected but our design processes haven’t evolved with this growing complexity until OOUX came around. Sophia Prater methodically walks through all the tools and tips necessary to break down complexity of a system and design against it in a way that makes sense to its users. If you care about great UX design, especially if you are working in domains with deep levels of complexity, come along and learn the OOUX process and adapt it to your work. Your users and the business will love you for it.
