In this episode, I’m doing my damnedest to help you take control over what can be our biggest adversary - our “self”. I'll be exploring the benefits and the challenges we may face, throw a bit of neuroscience in there to make me sound like I know what I’m talking about, and examine various philosophical outlooks on the idea of self control throughout the ages.
This is the final episode in our Beyond Resolutions series. I hope you’ve found the topics that we’ve covered over the past few months insightful, and that you’ve been able to take away some of the strategies and tools to use yourself.
