Everyone Needs This
After listening to Stuart’s first interview with Mark Freeman, I realised that we all need to consider our mental health. It’s just as important, if not more important, than our physical health. It’s not just a case of whether one is mentally healthy or unhealthy. It’s a continuum and everyone is somewhere along it. Checking your phone every moment is not normal. This seemingly trivial behaviour can cause massive anxiety. I learnt a lot about myself in this first episode and I learnt that I have few things I need to work on. I will be resuming a meditation routine and making a concerted effort to appreciate the moment. Keep up the great work Stuart. The world needs your podcast.
