This 10-minute meditation begins with a full body relaxation scan and then ends with a powerful forgiveness mantra.  Use the mantra daily for extra OOMPH. Repeat as many times as years you've been on this earth morning and night. Repeat every day for the same amount of years as you've been on your earth walk.  This mantra affirmation was taught to me by Balinese Healer, Agus Sihman on the summer solstice the year my father died and helped me hugely during my time of grief.
