“I’ve watched the office to fall asleep for long enough to know exactly where the skip intro button is (or where to start the episode before that existed!), which episodes are too loud, and so on. I signed up for peacock assuming I wouldn’t be able to sleep without it, but tried this also. I’m not an ASMR person in general and the first two times I wasn’t that into it but then I “got to know” the host and now it’s a nightly routine!”
