Oops, Julian
The series is grand to watch and, because of COVID, was able to cast the creme de la creme of Broadway talent. It was, however, a surprise to catch an obvious historical inaccuracy in the first episode. After the Russell’s disastrous party, Mr. Russell notes that the peasantry, who were to be given the lavish food that went uneaten, wouldn’t know what to make of the lobster salad. Indeed they would be will acquainted with that item. Before WW1 lobster was considered good only for the poor, incarcerated and fertilizer. Lobster would have never beer found on a rich man’s table. Such a surprising slip up from the likes of Julian Fellowes.

Scripted and practiced dialogue makes me cringe. The jokes and remarks are corny and just plain bad. Just a horrible podcast. Fire these two!!
