Please change the concept/pacing
How can a show be so good and a podcast about it so bad? I listen from time to time because there are interesting bits from the writers. However, the concept of slowing the podcast down and leaving gaping holes of silence so that it tracks the show is both boring and useless for people who don’t listen to a podcast WHILE watching the show. Also, the time spent talking about how marvelous this department or that one is has near zero value to the listener. Explaining what the dept has done in a specific example from the show (say, the introduction of well researched plants on the set in the Caribbean or the floor drain detail about the slaughterhouse turned jail in this episode) is plenty. Hardly anyone on this podcast sounds like they’re into it. It would have been so lovely to listen to an enthusiastic, entertaining, informative story about the making of each of these episodes. Obviously, everyone who works on the show is brilliant but the glacial pace and low energy of these podcasts have finally made them not worth it anymore to this dedicated Outlander fan.

The background noise in this podcast will drive a person crazy. I love to hear the details of the making of the episodes, but that continuous creaking leather makes me turn it off.
