Inspiring, Courageous Contribution To Music Journalism
I am truly grateful for Andrea Swensson's contributions to the music scene in Minneapolis. If you love music or aspire to excel in a creative career, there is a lot in store for you with these insightful interviews. Andrea earns the trust of the people she is talking to, and goes deep into what makes these fascinating Minnesota artists create great music. And, she doesn't shy away from the tough and taboo subjects, delving into what's real in an artists life, and the dangers of sinking into depression without the support of family and friends. The O. K. Show is quite a gift to listeners. It's the type of show that sets the bar high with honest, heartfelt, candid conversation. When I listen to this show I feel a little more connected, and a little less separated and isolated because of the things I struggle with. It's a pretty amazing feat for a podcast. Thank you, Andrea, for sharing your love of music, and how important it is, and highlighting it's value to our wellbeing both personally and as a community.

Loved the P.O.S episode, and have started to work backwards through the others. Great work at looking at music from a different perspective.

This is a wonderful debut. Andrea Swensson deftly navigates a conversation with musician Charlie Van Stee and the care and candor with which the story is told is awesome and refreshing. Also, the music is really impressive. Can’t wait for more.
