CoreLogic’s Pain & Gain Report for the fourth quarter of last year shows about 26 percent of apartment resales have been at a loss.
The median loss on apartments was $36,000.
Are apartments really worth it? And are they better for living, or an investment? Leonie Freeman from the Property Council joins the Weekend Collective to give her thoughts.
