William Dorsch Returns - Omnipotent - Don't Ask - Don't tell Nov 3, 2023 William Dorsch returns to the Opperman Report with more disturbing truths about the US system of justice, and how the Social services designed to protect, can do exactly the opposite with just a few minor circumstances, leading to the most abhorrent crimes. We expect that criminals will lie but not the police. Bill Dorsch a retired Chicago homicide detective understood that people when accused of committing crimes, especially in homicide cases, would make conscious decisions to lie when questioned. He hated being lied to but his task as an investigator was to discover the truth no matter where it would take him. He worked hard to gather evidence and testimony from individuals that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrator. Bill returns to expand his narrative on John Wayne Gacy and other matters, and how, if the Police and Justice services worked as they should, so many more families could gain closure.
