More Than Just “Who Did It?”
I really love this podcast so far! The compassion that was given towards all families involved is very present. Many podcasts can become wrapped up in the sensationalism of a murder rather than the implications that said murder has on the community, family members, and friends related to the crime. I love true crime podcasts but I think The Orange Tree has a great start because of this approach. Another important thing to note is that the best podcasts regarding true crime usually ask questions that are more than “Who did it?” Haley and Tinu’s approach to how this murder’s story and the affect it has on Austin, TX (and as young women themselves who are living similar lives as Jennifer Cave) brings a fresh perspective that seeks more than just “Who Did It?” Great start and can’t wait to hear more!
