Hooked
It’s a great addition to the true crime podcast canon, while also providing something new: perspective. Not only do the two journalists provide a much appreciated account of the life of victim Jennifer Cave, divorced from the murder itself (a bit of a rarity within the true crime genre), but they provide a background of Cave’s murder. They humanize him and allow the listener to feel a little empathy for him, albeit a reasonable amount. Please do give it a listen.
