the organist = must listen
There is nothing else like this podcast. It gives pleasure akin to This American Life, Radio Lab, Fresh Air, the best literary podcasts, but with more unpredictable variety, pee-your-pants humor, musical delights, & all-around wild bursting creativity. Highly recommended complement to car trips, household chores, exercise, & attempts to break out of your daily ennui.

This is the first podcast that makes me understand why people like podcasts. Host Andrew Leland is one of the great Internet-radio minds of our time. I would listen to him read the back of cereal boxes. Could not recommend this highly enough.

It's like radio but cool. They have stories about found sound artists and jive. Maybe soon they will talk about Jim jarmusch movies.Read full review »
