I specifically want to mention the description by the GM Rob Stith that paint imagery of multiple different styles of horror, particularly the body horror that punctuates the end of the first arc as well as the work of the players inhabiting their characters so well that when there is a moment of high drama/character development, I /stop/ whatever I’m doing and give the show my full attention.
