“I was very excited when I found this new episode about anxiety as I’m very anxious mum too, have been throughout my pregnancy and now when my child is 7 years old.
This episode is just one woman’s story and nothing else. She just talk about herself and quite frankly is boring. I was expecting to hear more about how to deal and potentially overcome extreme anxiety. Very disappointing.”
