Hello everyone and welcome to the Perception Podcast with me your host Caroline Partridge. As many of you know last week marked the 50th episode of the series and gave me a moment to reflect on my journey so far and what I intended to do. I feel incredibly proud to have been able to bring a vision to fruition, to use my voice, and provide a platform for investigation and discussion. I would especially like to thank you the Perception Podcast listeners, thank you for listening, for following and for your support, it's more important than you know and I am immensely grateful for you.  I've talked to an incredible variety of people in the series so far, and covered the broadest range of topics from within the world of science, to the deepest recesses of the soul, from acting to art, clowning to yoga and balloon sculpture to intimacy coaching, but what binds all my guests together is their desire to tell a story, to share their view of the world through their own unique lens. I've talked to people who have a fascination with the world, and their place in it. I thank all of my guests from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to talk about their lives and work, and especially those who have courageously and honestly shared their stories of personal human revolution, and the perception shifts that they experienced which helped them to understand that there is something more out there in the for them than what they were originally told by others. They are change makers, not only creating change in their own lives, but in the lives of everyone with which they share their work and experience. They demonstrate the power of autonomy and are creators of their own new realities, as we can all be. So in the next few episodes of the series I will be drawing on some of the remarkable stories that I have heard and weaving together links, similarities and thoughts interspersed with my own reflections and perceptions.
