It makes me so happy just remembering this overnight trip. I share about Memory Surfing, a technique we use to 1. raise the mood by reliving good memories to kind of "escape" the present not-so-cool reality and 2. learn and retain lessons from our memories, definitely from the good ones but even the bad ones, if we're feeling up to it.
