“The actual tale of Victor is interesting and enjoyable to listen to. The host constantly trying to make it into some sort of borscht belt Statler and Waldorf bit is not. Just tell the story and quit with the whimsical music and bad attempts at comedy.”

“The story is interesting and, like others have shared, the narration is a little over-the-top. But that makes it fun, in my opinion. What I find very hard is the narrator’s jokey nature in mispronouncing country names, like Azerbaijan. As a narrator it’s his job to learn it, not poke fun.”
