I am so thankful for Adam Young and this podcast. Adam Young is so clear in his explanations of complex topics such as affect and attachment. I feel like when I listen to him I am getting really good therapy. Some of my favorite episodes have been about anger towards God and the one on hope. So deeply encouraging. I also appreciate the storytelling and the way Adam Young holds the space with each person his show as he or she tells his/her story.

Adam explains story in a way that makes complete sense. He ties in neuroscience and relationships to how we are currently wired. Love that he speaks very clearly, with intention and repeats important ideas. I’m excited to hear more from you Adam!
