A compassionate framework for healing
This has been one of the most profound (and bone-dwellingly kind) conversations around issues unseen and still, for unjustifiable reasons, taboo in popular Christian discourse that I’ve stumbled upon. It has helped create a compassionate framework within which I can begin to safely explore and integrate my own story. It has helped me, at last, dip my toes into the pools of pain I’ve diligently tucked away in the corners of responsible Christian living. And, perhaps for the first time in my third decade on this planet, allow space and true kindness to really hear the stories of others. Thank you doesn’t quite get the job done, but, thank you. And Imma need you to publish the next episode in the Warfare series, like, yesterday. ;)
