“I discovered this podcast in the most perfect timing and was genuinely amazed by it (and continue to be). It’s the first podcast I’d stopped to take notes as Adam Young so powerfully conveys messages we all NEED to hear. The honest, thought provoking, and deep insight he offers is vital in today’s society. I’ve been caught off guard by the raw honesty and vulnerability Adam and his guests give and I appreciate that it’s allowed me to be more aware of myself and the relationships I have. It seems he provides an explanation to each question or thought that pops up in my heard as I’m listening and has helped my healing and understanding process. I’ll never stop recommending his podcast.”
