Handed the Keys to Healing and Empathy
I feel like Adam has handed me the keys to unlocking the inside of my spouse’s brain. His gentle approach to addressing trauma and past abuse is healing, insightful, and full of compassion. I especially appreciate his ability to refute common hurtful, unhelpful, and unbiblical responses in Christian circles. He provides trustworthy, Scriptural clarity. I’m so grateful for the way this podcast is illuminating the dark corners of every relational area of my life - childhood, marriage, and parenting.

Even from the first episode, Adam asserts that we are bodies, spirits, and minds. He focuses on how these three things are related. So thankful for this resource that comes from a Christian perspective, and has so much respect for research and neuroscience.
