In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk with David Saah about improving his athletic performance and energy levels after retirement. David is living the life in his 70’s he wished he could live earlier on. He is 74 and hiking and biking with his grandchildren, out hiking members of his hiking group who are decades younger than him, and working out like a champ in his basement gym. His use of the Redox Signaling molecules and a healthy plant heavy diet is allowing him to thrive. I’ve gotten to know David well over the last year and even traveled and hiked with him in Salt Lake City. David Sahh is a 74 year old powerhouse known as Papa Reel Beat on youtube. He has a Masters in library science from Catholic University in Washington, DC. He worked for the library of congress for 40 years.
