Made me want to run out and eat healthier!
What I really like about this podcast is the hosts walk their talk and eat what they recommend. The show is packed with so much practical content that I found myself implementing a bunch of the hosts’ tips on the same day that I listened to it! I added broccoli to my salad, had some ginger and turmeric tea, and learned about why I may be experiencing inflammation in my leg and lower back. If you’re a busy parent who wants to eat healthier for you and your kids and get a little shot of genuine motivation, this podcast is for you!
