The Power Of_______
Listened to my first episode (and now I must go back and catch up to those I’ve missed and pledge to listen to all future episodes). As Rabbi Dovid Bashevkin has been heard to say elsewhere, “what an absolute pleasure”! How can I say it better than to say the episode on “Happiness” made me happy...brought me joy. Both Noam Weismann and Rabbi Bashevkin are such a pleasure to listen to and learn from because of their knowledge, down to earth attitude, honesty, and yes, joy. And, having listened to Rabbi Bashevkin so often on other podcasts (mostly on “Take One” with Liel Liebowitz), he is the last person I would have ever thought to have suffered from depression. For those who suffer this way, it is such great medicine to learn that someone you admire so greatly has some of the same struggles as you. This podcast will now be added to the top of my list of must listens. Kol Hakavod and Yasher Koach to Noam and his team. Can’t wait for the next one!

This is a great podcast but I especially loved episode 6 this week. What a lot to think about. The stubbornness of the victim is a phrase that I will ponder for a while.

The episode on Power of Sacrifice with Chloe Valdrey is excellent! Psychologically deep, and nuanced yet incredibly inspiring. Highly recommend!
