“There are too many resources out there that are fun and interesting but not exactly practical. When I am looking for resources I give it a simple test by asking: Can I actually apply this to my day to day existence? When the answer is “no,” I simply skip it and forget it. This podcast is actually practical and, to me, practical = valuable. Why is it practical? Because after explaining a stoic principle or reading a quote, Simon ALWAYS follows it up with an everyday example. Further, these examples allow me to actually apply the stoic teachings to my life.
