Short, concise stoic insights
I was first introduced to Stoicism when I was given William Irvine’s “A Guide to the Good Life” and the philosophy immediately resonated with me. I’ve then read a few other books on Stoicism and the Stoics and tried to put their teaching into practice. I found this podcast earlier this week as I was trying to find something to spur me on in my journey. I find the interactive format really helpful and the length of each episode is just about perfect for imparting knowledge without labouring the points. I’ve also found the real life examples relatable and it’s already changing how I look at my interaction with the world around me. Even though I’ve only been listening for a few days, I’ve already listened to all the previous episodes so please make plenty more!
