Description
Jiu Jitsu is something I didn’t expect to be a part of my life as an adult, but it has been such a valuable and meaningful sport to be a part of, especially since moving to Idaho. I feel like I truly fell in love with BJJ when I was a blue belt and now I have recently been promoted to purple belt.
There is a growing population of pregnant and postpartum moms who want to be on and return to the mat. I’ve been working hard at building out P&PA Combat to bring more information about training during these seasons. More to come!
