Listen now
Description
Today I have P&PA Coach Ryan K. Reynolds with me as we chat about her journey as a pro Rubgy player, firefighter, and advocate for women in sports and first responder careers. As a pioneer in the Rugby world, Ryan saw first-hand the growth of women in the sport, having had the opportunity to be on the Olympic team. She decided to use her athletic skills and talents later in life to become a first responder and is now working as a firefighter for her local community. Her mission and hope is to be a resource for women to feel empowered to participate in the career AND still have the goals and dreams to become a mother. She is a resource for the women around her as a P&PA Coach, as well as in the Wellness and Fitness Program within her department. Ryan is an inspiration to all around her.   Find her on Instagram @ryy_car.   Join the team!
