“In the Marine Corps, if we were giving a period of instruction, we would often break the subject matter down “barney style”. That is, we would break it down to the simplest terms, thereby ensuring it is understandable by each Marine. This allowed every one to retain and in turn, use that information to execute commander’s intent. In the PDB’s case, the intent is to inform the general electorate of issues that will help them form a solid decision on voting. That’s the end state. The host breaks things down barney style daily, even on weekends, which I love.
Listening to this show is like listening to a lecture from Thomas Sowell, watching Modern Marvels, and How it’s Made, all at once. I learn something new about our economy and something practical everyday, all while being informed of issues that threaten the country.”
