“I appreciate his willingness to speak his mind unfiltered. I feel the podcast would benefit from a co-host who speaks his/her mind as well and finds a common ground with him. I could be wrong but the impression I got was that this is a podcast that attempts to cut through all the bias and just tell it like it is. Well we are all biased even we try our best to be. I think this host needs someone on the other end of his ideological spectrum.
The host isn’t too revealing on what his particular leaning is politically/culturally but it comes off as right leaning to me. Again, I could be wrong because there’s only one episode out but it covers trans, race, and covid issues. These are heavy topics and could use a second or third host with different experiences or research to find common ground. As of now it comes off and just one person getting the final say and it feels a little right-wing leaning. Having one host works for some shows but not shows that claim to cut through both the right and left the media bias.”
