She is the author of Hold The Line: The Essential Guide to Your Law Enforcement Relationship, host of the Code4Couples podcast, international speaker, and sought after subject matter expert. Cyndi is a former President of the Texas Counseling Association. She has been recognized for her contributions to the field of counseling and law enforcement mental health by TCA and the American Counseling Association who awarded her the Samuel Gladding Unsung Hero Award in 2020.
