Wendy talks about the strategies she has used in the past 11 years of her property investing journey and shares the lessons she has learnt along the way. She immediately realised this wasn’t the case when she attended her first property investing course. Permitted development ‘PD’ is planning that is already set at a government level. Wendy takes time every morning to do something for her whether such as reading or exercise. She does this to set up her day.
