Sales pitch instead of content
Overall the podcast feels like a mind-over-matter-just-believe-in-yourself-you-can-do-it-we-can-show-you-how pitch rather than discussions on the workings of property market in the UK. There are sometimes crumbs of interesting info but always end up being bait to get you to sign up to something (e.g. “if you want to know more come to our event”) rather than a long-format discussion. The arch of most episodes seems to be a story of rags-to-riches-any-one-can-do-it which feel disingenuous and more like an interview technique. Hope it’ll change and the discussions become more frank and grounded.

Simon does a very good job at keeping his podcasts short, simple and straight to the point. This podcast is my go to listen whenever I am in the car; an excellent podcast with fantastic context which I would recommend to anyone Great work Simon.

Great start to what I know is a series that will run and run! If you're active in the property investment world in any way - it's well worth taking the time to listen to these, while you're driving about or travelling to meetings, etc. Inspirational - keep it up guys!Read full review »
