“This is an incredible podcast - highly recommend for anyone looking at saving for retirement, buying your first/second home or wanting to know more about buying/investing in property.
With the help of this podcast I have managed to purchase my first home and I have an idea of what I need to do to get into my second. You will learn about different LVR restrictions, cash flow hacking, how to get work out/increase your property’s useable equity and how to extract it to purchase more properties. They will also break down figures and show you the benefits of property investing. Very thankful for the information provided.
Ed and Andrew are able to explain very high level investing concepts in very easy, bite sized and understandable ways that anyone (even if you have no idea about property) can understand. This really shows that these guys know what they’re talking about - you will certainly learn a thing or two from them.
As mentioned before high recommend and is an enjoyable listen. Great way to spend your commute to work every day.
P.S. if you’re new it’s probably best to listen to the first 30 or so episodes, to understand some of beginning concepts, then move onto the more recent episodes that are based on current figures/events. It’s very interesting to hear in the first couple of episodes how much house prices have changed in the last 1-2 years”
